About The Job
As an SAP SD Consultant, you’ll be in charge of designing, implementing and deploying SAP ERP solutions for sales, including sales-order management cycle and post-sales activities. You are also required to overlook all business transactions in SAP Sales and Distribution relative to Pricing & Billing and the Customer Service component.
Desired Skills
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in S/4HANA implementation and migration.
- Minimum experience of at least 2 support projects.
- Expertise in SD S4H – for Sugar and Distilleries manufacturing.
- Expertise SD contract management.
- Preferred IS-Retail experience in 2 implementation projects.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- SD STO configuration.
- Milestone and Service Billing.
- Sales Contracts.
- Configuration of ATP.
- Batch handling in Sales.
- FI integration points in SD.
- Experience in SD enhancements.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Should have a thorough GST experience.
- Should have experience in Indian exports.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead S/4HANA SD Consultant for implementation of projects.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD.
- Perform a detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to acquire business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.
- Identify gaps, issues and work-around solutions.
- Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business processes and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services for both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as a Subject Matter Mentor to junior members.
